State-of-the-art Multimedia Room in Goražde To Be Used by Local Partnership in Adult Education

On Wednesday, 14.10.2020, the Association for Local Development Initiatives officially opened a multifunctional room for adult education.

To secure long term and sustainable operations of the partnership in adult education, it is necessary to develop and strengthen infrastructure for education and training of adults and create space for interaction and partnership activities.  

The room has been equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and will be the place where members of the Local partnership in the field of adult education will organise its joint activities. Besides the Association ALDI, members of the partnership are the Ministry of Education, Youth, Science, Culture, and Sport of Bosnia-Podrinje Canton Goražde (BPCG), City of Goražde, PI Employment Office of BPCG, Secondary Vocational School „Džemal Bijedić“, Chamber of Economy, Chamber of Crafts, Association of employers of BPCG, and representatives of companies from the BPCG.

A new web platform for adult education was also presented at the event. It will contribute to a better presentation of the partnership's activities, new projects, trainings, and courses.

Establishing the multimedia room in the Association ALDI was implemented within the project „Strengthening the network of governmental and non-governmental actors in the field of adult education“ financed by DVV International – Country Office Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project's main objective is to establish efficient ways of participation of relevant actors in adult education processes in the context of lifelong learning.
